Kaeren is well known in the local community for her friendly, approachable manner and superior customer service. She takes the time to build a great rapport with her clients, providing an ethical and professional approach. Kaeren says, “There’s no better feeling than achieving a great result for a happy client”.
She respects and understands every job within their business. Since starting out as a Receptionist in 1984, Kaeren has held every position herself, so she knows the industry inside out. Together with more than 4 years of night school and many more years of ongoing industry training, she is a fully licenced Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, Stock & Station Agent and Business Agent. She displays a wealth of experience and knowledge few other agents can match.
While Kaeren has achieved many awards over the years, she says her greatest compliments are the many referral and repeat clients who keep coming back to her. Her clients speak of her personable nature, going beyond expectations, her superior industry knowledge and the personalised attention they receive.
When you list your property with Kaeren, you deal with Kaeren, not an assistant. She is available whenever you need her – all you have to do is call.
Kaeren also oversees our Property Management department. She is hands-on, taking personal responsibility, meeting every tenant and owner, which ensures consistently high service standards are delivered to all our valued Property Management clients.
As a further service to the community, she is a Justice of the Peace.
You deserve the level of service only a professional like Kaeren can deliver.
“Kaeren was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. She was not pushy.
She seemed to be interested in us and getting results that were good rather than
another ‘notch in her belt’. Kept us informed regularly and always seemed to have time
to talk.” Jenny & Sandra
“Kaeren was wonderful to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Kaeren did her job above and beyond what was necessary and she was wonderful to deal with. Thank you very much Kaeren.” Lois
