This spacious house is located on beautiful Goodwin Park, which is just a short walk to the shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants of Coolangatta. The Gold Coast airport is approximately 3km away. Property is fully fenced, terrific outside BBQ area which is ideal for entertaining and relaxing.

Open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge which leads out to the verandah. The house has two goods sized rooms and two smaller single rooms as well as a work space with desk and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Coolangatta has some of the best surf beaches in the world. In fact each year, we host the start of the world surf competition at our famous snapper rocks! We also have beautiful scenic walks along the coast through Rainbow Bay, Kirra and Point Danger.
