Third times a charm with this one! Attended the very first open with every other person on the Gold Coast and unfortunately it went to contract with others though lucky for me this one had two failed contracts. Kaeren swooped in with some swift contact to me and third times a charm! We went to contract and the rest is history! Great home in a tough buying market. Thank you Kaeren for securing the deal!
